Greg Goodman : The Construction of Ruins (The Break Doctor, 1982)

I drew inspiration from Greg Goodman's 1982 recording The Construction of Ruins (the Australian Site), especially his solo piano improvisation The Nullabor is Not Flat, where the strings of the piano were loaded up with 2 Emu  beer cans, 7 cardboard coasters, 2 bars railway soap, 1 time and location schedule, 1 packet railway coffee, and much, much more... All gathered from Goodman’s four day journey on the Indian Pacific from Sydney to Perth. The Construction Site was Berkeley, San Francisco and Perth. See.
